What is regenerative business?

Every business is an ecosystem.

Healthy natural ecosystems respond to change, evolve to meet new demands, and are unfazed by everyday stressors. To regenerate is to address areas of depletion and grow anew—the core trait of a thriving ecosystem.

Regenerative work is set of practices built on the natural ebb and flow of your business. It celebrates and leverages diversity, producing consistent growth and organic abundance.

We build regenerative organizations

Our strategic and operational support is available to businesses at any stage of maturity: solo ventures and startups, thriving teams, and those facing challenge or change.

We’ll meet you where you are.

  • Growing & Sustaining Success

You’ve got a thriving business that could use a little TLC. We call this stage the ‘messy middle,’ with owners and leaders working in the business, more than they work on the business. We offer integrated change management that turns chaos to calm.

  • Yellow Butterfly

    Big Transitions & Exits

It’s never too soon to think about what’s next. Whether you’re a business owner heading toward retirement or planning for strategic growth, we offer long-term, comprehensive strategic guidance, as Certified Exit Planning Advisors.

Oh, hey there!

We’re Brie and Rochelle, Good Apple’s co-founders. We’re both often found with a warm beverage in one hand and a book in the other. We have a combined 40+ years of business experience and believe small businesses are a critical part of every community.

  • I have a fifteen-year track record of helping business leaders succeed. I believe transparency builds trust, work should be (mostly) fun, and it is possible to succeed in business and enjoy life.

  • Any mastery I have is only a result of my many mistakes and a deep desire to improve the next time. To honestly give to the greater good — and get out of my way — I spend my days finding the best ways to be a generous human. I love to have conversations with other humans on that same journey.
